Attorney at Law
Helping people out of tough situations, giving peace of mind, providing helpful advice...these are all reasons why I
decided to go into law in the first place. Below, please find links to information pages that I hope you will find
helpful, regardless of whether you decide to hire me or someone else, or don't need an attorney at all.

NOTE: These pages are still under construction! Check back if the information you are looking for is
not currently available. Thank you for your patience!
-CREDIT/DEBT COLLECTION PAGE

Mounting debt, high interest rates and collector harassment are some of the biggest problems facing many people today.
This page contains information, tips and strategies for those with very little debt and outstanding credit, those with a
mountain of debt and a constantly ringing phone from debt collectors and everyone in between.

Find information on Federal and State laws and regulations that protect you from predatory lending practices and
harassment by collectors as well as practical information about using (or abusing) credit.
-CONSUMER FRAUD

Learn what laws protect you from fraudulent sales practices as well as practical advice for handling large consumer sales
transactions, such as buying a house, car or computer.
-IDENTITY THEFT

Identity theft (using someone else's name, social security number, bank account/credit card information to steal money or
obtain credit fraudulently) is one of the fastes growing crimes in the world today. Find out how to protect yourself as well
as what to do if you've been victimized.
-SPAM EMAIL

Spam email (unsolicited and unwanted advertising messages sent to you via email) is also a huge problem facing us
today. While to some it may just be inconvenient or annoying, businesses lose thousands of dollars each day in lost
productivity and bandwith dealing with it all.

And businesses aren't the only victims. Many individuals find themselves inundated with unwanted messages on a daily
basis. To make matters worse, some children and parents find themselves face to face with unwanted pornography or
obscene materials sent as spam.

While the legislature works to come up with a workable solution to dealing with this problem, there are things you can do
to deal with it yourself. And if you find that your child has been exposed to a pornographic or obscene spam email, please
let me know. I am currently making attempts to use federal laws to track down and punish pornographic spammers.
