Robert L. Kreitlein
Attorney at Law
He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of
the steadfast love of the LORD.
-Psalms 33:5
What is a Christian Attorney?

Basically, being an attorney is what I do.
Being a christian is about who
I am. I
describe myself as a christian attorney
because I cannot separate who I am from
what I do.
So, does being a "christian attorney" mean I
can do things or provide services other
attorneys don't? No, and there are certainly
other attorneys out there who are also
christians.
Does it mean that I only represent clients who
are also christian? No, I represent individuals
and businesses based on their needs, my
caseload and my experience level and
capabilities.
In short, by describing myself in this way, I
am not attempting to solicit business from
one group or another or to set myself apart
from other attorneys in any way. I am simply
letting prospective clients and associates
know who I am-because who I am is so
integral to what I do.

About the Services He Provides

Robert is dedicated to providing quality, caring legal services at
reasonable rates for those who are often unable to afford legal
services at larger firms.
Fees

I have several different fee setups. Services are provided
pursuant to either a
flat fee agreement, an hourly fee
arrangement, or a
contingency fee arrangement.

Flat Fee-Under this type of agreement, the service-most
typically reviewing or drafting contracts or other legal
documents-is provided for an agreed-upon one-time fee.

Hourly Fee-Under this type of agreement, the service-such as
representation in court-is provided for an agreed-upon hourly
fee. Often, the fee will be contingent upon the compexity and
difficulty level of the work involved and some cases may have
several different levels, i.e. $75/hour for work outside of court
and $100/hour for time spent in court.

Contingency Fee-Under this type of agreement, the
service-such as representation in court-is provided for a fee
that will only be paid if the case is won and money is awarded.
Most contingency fees are percentages of the award amount.
Pro Bono Services

Occasionally, I am able to provide services to
clients free of charge or for a very low rate.
These decisions are based on the client's
needs, my own level of expertise and
capabilities and the size of my current
caseload. If I am unable to take a case free of
charge for someone in need, I will do my best
to assist them in any way that I can.
No representation is made that the quality of legal services
to be performed is greater than those performed elsewhere.
